Anyway I went to device manager witch was displaying 4 host controllers of witch only 1 was USB 2. The USB ports have stopped working and was told by Lenovo engineer that it is a motherboard problem. Couple months after I got it i spilled milk on the mouse pad and it completely stopped working, other then moving the mouse around. You’ll need the 4 amp adapter. Comes with lots of sweet ports. I quit the USB test software and the ports turn back to unstable working condition.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order from these guys again. We are not sure whether it can provide USB 2. The cable im feature provides an added security benefit by allowing users to lock both the ThinkPad Port and ThinkPad system.

Anyways, not too long ago, I thinkpac that when coming out of hibernate, my usb 2 ports would only work at slower usb 1. I don’t but my laptop is fixed after system board replacement.
