I can hear the audio from the external speakers when volumes are set to highest levels but the volume is very quiet. I thought it was a download which i never used, so i deleted it. I was getting an error involving ” kb Accidentally deleted audio driver IDT audio. I have gone into the sound manager and configured my set up. Re-installing the driver didn’t work. The the required file in that hotfix for me its named kbxpsp2 actually also appears in the Realtek HD Audio driver installer hierarchy.
